SMS system

This system manages TV subscribers.

The system integrates digital TV CA System. It has the following functions: openning account for subscribers, card management, charge management, report to stop enduser, printing the bills and so on. It also can carry out many kinds of inquiry functions.

It adopts DELPHI program. The program is divided into the billing server software and charge software, and offers the interfaces for other software, such as the interface for CA system and the interface software of other special charge systems.
